Action Plan: (more text to

The Souvenir: We will be prepared to take
the opportunity of any "Visit" rescheduled by the new French Foreign Minister
to put together, on behalf of as many pro-democracy organizations as we
can put together a "Haitian People's Delegation" with some journalist
to hand over to the French Foreign Minister a souvenir - the Haitian people's
demand that France pay the 21.8 billion. We need help with the drafting,
demand and getting it immediately circulated, press coverage and who will
be in presenting it and, how to make it high profile.
It's the least Haitian activists could do on behalf of the Ancestors,
our quest for democracy and justice for the people of Haiti. This "Visit"
should be so commemorated and recorded in the press. As the de Villinpin
is no longer arriving on Thursday April fool's day, another day soon shall
be their fools' day. We shall try to make some media NOISE with this.
Focus on the French debt to Haiti. Turn this Coup D'etat dis-empowerment
