Action Plan:

Curtail the Human rights violations and empower the Haitian majority as much as we can by working in solidarity with them to mobilize human rights monitors, campaigns and media exposure to protect those internal refugees, especially Lavalas supporters, who are being hunted down, illegally detained, disappeared, raped and brutally murdered due to the Coup D'etat anarchy now in process.

The protection of innocent lives and reporting of illegal detentions, tortures and the general political and human repression set into motion since February 29, 2004, is our number one priority. We wish to empower the people on the ground subject to arbitrary arrest and the capriciousness of murderers like Guy Philippe, Jean Tatoune with more cell phones, more digital cameras, more access to U.S T.V .and radio, more access for getting their stories out, in addition to the normal food, clothes, medicine humanitarian supply relief efforts.
